Question:   How do I make a credit card payment without a Paypal account?

Answer:   If you are making a full package payment; click on our packages menu, then click on the "Pay Now" button. A summary of your order will be displayed on the left column, to the right of that, you will be given two payment options. The first option is by logging into a Paypal account, and the second option below the Paypal "login" button is the option for credit card payments, you will see a link that states "Don't have a Paypal account?" Click on that link and make your credit card payment.


Question:   How do I make a custom payment?

Answer:   Click on our payments menu, enter the desired amount, include the reason why payment is being made in the payment notes section, then hit send payment and choose a payment method. You can either pay through your Paypal account if you have one, or pay with a credit card which is directly below the Paypal "login" button by clicking on the "Don't have a Paypal account" link.


Question:   How long after my photo shoot am I be able to view my online proof?

Answer:   Your proofs will be available for online proofing 3 weeks from your photo shoot.You will be notified by email with a link of your page, along with a user ID and password.


Question:   How many pictures do you take?

Answer:   It depends on the package selected. It could range anywhere from 100 - 1,000 pictures.


Question:   When do I get my final prints?

Answer:   Your prints will be ready 2 weeks from the day you submit your selection from our online gallery proofing page.


Question:   Can you customize a package to meet my needs?

Answer:   Absolutely, give us a call or send us an email and we will work with you to customize a package that fits your needs.


Question:   How long do you keep my images?

Answer:   We keep your images on our online gallary for 2 years but keep a DVD on file for 3 years.


Question:   Do you offer videography servies?

Answer:   No, we do not. However, we collaborate with highly skilled groups that offer these services and we would be glad to help you get in contact with them.


Question:   Can I have my photo album personalizes with an imprinting of my name on it?

Answer:   Yes, each custom imprinting cost $15 per line.


Question:   What form of payments do you accept?

Answer:   We accept credit cards (Master, Visa, American Express, and Discover), Paypal, Checks, and Cash.


Question:   Is a deposit required to hold my reservation?

Answer:   Yes, a 25% deposit is due a week from the reservation date. However, you may also pay in full by clicking on our packages menu to make your payment which gurantees your event date.


Question:   Do you offer destination weddings?

Answer:   Yes.   However, an addition charge will apply for our travel expense.

Answer:   You can either scroll down to the very bottom of the page and click on the Advance Pro Photography LLC link; or you can click on our "Site Map" menu, then click on the site intro link.
